Earthworks Manager – Progressive Concreting Company

Location: South East Queensland (Southside only)

Office Base: Loganholme

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: $40–$70/hour (based on experience)

Join a fast-growing, progressive concreting business as our Earthworks Manager and take charge of a dynamic and well-supported team. With state-of-the-art machinery and a strong pipeline of work across South East Queensland, we’re offering the right candidate the flexibility to run their own schedule and lead our earthworks department from the ground up.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily earthworks operations including:

Sand-ups for concreting crews

Drilling and pouring piers and footings

Co-ordinating maintenance and upkeep of all earthworks equipment

Managing and mentoring a team of four experienced staff

Co-ordinating logistics and operations across rotating sites (current work includes Greenbank, Canungra, and Brassall)

What You’ll Need:

HR Truck Licence – essential

Excavator tickets – essential

Bobcat ticket – essential

Strong leadership and time management skills

A hands-on approach and high attention to detail

Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
