About the role
This is a newly created role in a team being built out by the CISO and Head of Security. They are investing heavily in Azure and Microsoft technologies, the will be a generalist role to work across escalations from the managed SOC they work closely with. This will involve more than just one tool and vertical, you might get hands dirty on a variety of projects and initiatives.

The leadership team is great, supportive and flexible so this is a really great role and team to be in!

Duties

• Security Analyst style work across an enterprise environment
• Handle escalations from the Managed SOC provider
• Help out engineering in other areas
• Incident Response, Playbook development

Skills and experience

• To be successful in this role, you will need broad technical exposure
• Strong skills on Microsoft Security Suite
• Experience as a Security Analyst
• Incident Response skills
• Playbook development skills
• Ability to liaise with external vendors
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Industry certifications not required for this one but are a nice to have
• Full Australian Work Rights
