The Opportunity:
This is a full-time, in-house role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) based in the heart of Sutherland. We’re on the hunt for a local, vibrant, and detail-oriented superstar to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in conveyancing—we provide full, structured training to set you up for success.

Working alongside our licensed conveyancers and support staff, you’ll quickly become an essential part of keeping our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, structured workflows, and managing multiple moving parts, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Learn conveyancing processes and step into greater responsibilities as you grow.

Prepare legal documents, coordinate with agents and clients, and keep everything on track.

Build strong relationships and provide outstanding, friendly customer service.

Own your to-do list—emails, admin, scheduling, and more—with accuracy and drive.
