Coleambally Preschool & Early Learning Centre is a not-for-profit community-run service dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. We're currently seeking a dedicated Nominated Supervisor to help guide our centre through an exciting period of growth and change.

💼 Position: Nominated Supervisor

Location: Coleambally, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)

Start Date: Immediate or negotiable

Salary: Above award wages based on qualifications and experience

👶 About the Role

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be the approved responsible person in charge of daily operations. You'll ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and foster a warm, inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and compliance with regulations

Support and mentor educators, creating a collaborative and positive workplace culture

Build strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the local community

Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of care

Liaise with the management committee to support the centre's goals

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Cert 3, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Be 18 Years or Older

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an early childhood setting

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Willingness to relocate or commute to Coleambally (relocation support considered)
