About the role

As the Nominated Supervisor/Director at Cooma School for Early Learning, you will play a vital role in providing strategic leadership and oversight to our exceptional early learning centre. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our centre located in Cooma, NSW 2630.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the implementation of the curriculum and programming to meet the needs of all children in our care

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards

Managing and leading a dedicated team of early childhood educators

Fostering strong relationships with families and the local community

Driving continuous improvement and innovation in our early learning practices

What we're looking for

Relevant Early Childhood qualifications in early childhood education or a related field

Significant experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Director in a similar early learning setting would be an advantage.

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements

Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care
