SeaView Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our vibrant service located in Blackbutt, NSW. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping the lives of young children and supporting their growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs to meet the needs of children aged 2 to 6 years

Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity, creativity and exploration

Observing and documenting children's learning and development, and using this information to tailor your approach

Building strong, respectful relationships with children and their families

Collaborating with the broader early learning team to ensure a cohesive, high-quality learning experience

Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

A relevant Early Childhood education qualification, such as a Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families

A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
