About the role

Chef Allrounder

We are seeking an experienced & motivated Chef to join our team in running a Club focused menu for our bistro and functions with a focus on grill and pan section 15-35 hours a week.

The person we are looking for will understand their role in the kitchen and will be able to work in a high paced bistro kitchen serving up to 200 meals per service period and be able to jump in to any area.

They will understand what makes a good Club menu work and will also have a high attention to detail.

You will be used to a high paced bistro style kitchen and will be able to keep pace.

The person we are looking for will be able to: -

The position involves working shifts weekdays, weekends and public holidays - candidates are required to be fully available during the club's operational hours.
