Casual Receptionist – GP & Aesthetic Clinic (Royston Park, Adelaide)

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our modern GP and aesthetic medicine clinic on a casual basis (Must be able to work Saturdays).

Your Role
As the first point of contact, you will be the friendly face that welcomes patients to our clinic. Your role will balance administrative efficiency with genuine care, supporting both general medical services and cosmetic treatment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out

Scheduling appointments (GP and aesthetics)

Answering phones and emails professionally

Processing Medicare, DVA, and private billing

Managing stock and front desk supplies

Supporting the clinical team with general admin

General clean-up

About You

Previous experience required in a medical practice

Confident with practice software (e.g. Best Practice or similar, Health Engine, etc.)

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Discreet, professional, and well-presented

Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Available to work Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Sat
