The Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper/data entry administrator to join our small head office team. This position primarily involves data entry and financial record-keeping to support our operations.
This casual role is an immediate opportunity and is expected to be offered between 10 and 16 hours per week, depending on workload requirements. Ideally the hours are spread across 3 days, with some flexibility in start and finish time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Management of multiple email accounts.
· Process accounts payable and receivable
· Bank account reconciliation, including credit cards
· General office tasks such as mail collection, managing staff amenities, and assisting with various ad hoc duties as needed.
About You:
· You have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in similar role
· You are proficient in the Xero, Excel.
· Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
· Excellent organizational skills
