What is the role?
- Provide high level administrative and secretarial support;
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents;
- Manage and maintain lawyers' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls;
- Handle client communication, including answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining client relationships; and
- Process monthly billing.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally 3+ years;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal document management systems;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
