Your Role

· Manage and deliver Contaminated Land / Environmental projects, from proposal to completion.

· Preparing fee proposals and managing project delivery.

· Providing training and advice to junior consultants.

· Developing sampling and analysis plans, exposure control plans, and risk assessments

· Conducting assessments of contaminated land, surface water, and groundwater.

· Performing pre-purchase and due diligence assessments, preliminary site investigations (PSI), detailed site investigations (DSI), remediation action planning (RAP), validation assessments, underground petroleum storage system (UPSS) assessments, environmental management plans, environmental monitoring, acid sulfate soil assessments, asbestos in soil assessments, waste classification assessments, VENM / ENM / Resource recovery order and exemption assessments etc.

· Managing remediation projects

· Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and industry standards

· Occasional travel to remote sites for client project support

Who We’re Looking For

· 6+ years of consulting experience in Contaminated Land / Environmental assessment and remediation.

· Ground water and acid sulfate soil experience is preferred.

· Occupational hygiene background is also a plus.

· Strong project management and client engagement skills.

· Relevant tertiary qualification in science, environmental science, or engineering.

· Excellent report-writing, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

· Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) qualifications are a plus.
