The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer support to our bike shop clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing recommendations when necessary.
• Booking and coordinating freight services to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Managing and updating customer records in the system.
• Handling customer queries, providing follow-up support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge or keen interest in bicycles and the cycling industry
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• A keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent with operating computers.
• Strong communication skills, particularly clear and confident phone manner.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with MYOB, WMS, Shopify, or Magento.

A knowledge and passion for cycling is a must for this role. This role is a Casual commencement with opportunities for growth for the right person. Ideally the role would start at 3 days per week with hours to be discussed. This would potentially suit someone who needs to work school hours.
