We are looking for an administration superstar to support our clients finance team in a peak period. This assignment will be starting immediately, running through until the end of July.
Client Details
Our client is a provider of vocational and higher education, situated in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. They pride themselves on their inclusive culture, and fun and welcoming environment!
Description
What will you be doing?
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Supporting finance team with admin as required
- Receipting (Invoice reconciliation)
- Responding to queries via email
Profile
A bit about you...
- Experience using a finance system is a MUST (TechnologyOne is preferable)
- MUST have current employee Working With Childrens Check
- MUST have, or be willing to have a police check conducted
- Intermediate skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to change
- Team player, and 'can do!' attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, and able to commit to the duration of assignment
