The ACTU’s role as a peak body is to encourage workers to join their union, be a national voice for our movement, and advance and defend workers' rights through coordinated campaigns, representation at various forums, and providing industrial, policy, and other support to our affiliates.

Resource Management: Build and maintain a national online repository of key project materials for shared access by TLCs and affiliates.

Collaboration and Partnerships: Engage with peak employer bodies, national government agencies, affiliate unions, and civil society organisations to facilitate collaboration, reduce duplication, and advocate for the program.

Evaluation and Advocacy: Synthesize results from individual TLC projects to demonstrate positive impacts.

Representation: Represent the ACTU at various forums, meetings, conferences, and seminars.

Travel: Occasional domestic travel to support TLC projects

· Working from home opportunities

· Generous leave arrangements, including up to 5 additional days of annual leave

· The opportunity to work a rostered day off arrangement
