We have an opening for a Senior Consultant with uncapped earnings, to join our most future-facing division. You'll have a warm desk with existing clients, as well as a massive client-base of over 300 national companies (with signed terms) to target.

We champion building relationships above all, getting out into the Melbourne-market with our clients and candidates to build trusted partnerships, leading to a long-lasting career with unlimited career advancements for you.

Your new Role:
You will be looking after Senior Technology roles on a high-billing desk with uncapped commission, a future-facing space where you will be exposed to incredibly interesting and thought-provoking candidates every single day. The projects & clients you will cover range from digital transformations, emerging technology start-ups and large financial mergers & acquisitions, to name a few.

New to recruitment / technology? No problem, we will train and support someone from a commercial/sales background looking to step up!

What you will be doing

  • Be a people person by building face-to-face relationships and gaining a detailed understanding of your clients & candidates. You will be out in the market: Coffees, lunches, sports events, the arts, industry conventions, golf-days, etc. If it builds your relationships and personal brands, you'll thrive in our environment which fosters your authentic ideas and welcomes your initiative
  • Bring your passion for knowledge to work and become an expert in your space by running your own technology desk and doing market research
  • Foster our large existing client base (over 300 warm existing clients with terms signed that you can further build out) and identify new business opportunities
  • Source, select and match candidates to suitable projects, introducing them to our clients and guiding them through the hiring process
  • Live out your drive and passion to smash revenue targets and our team KPIs together - we celebrate our individual and team wins with quarterly incentives
  • Be the social president! Each month, one team member plans a social activity for the entire group- think NGV nights, karaoke, ice-skating, escape room… When it's your month it's up to you
