Your Opportunity: Team Leader
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our Victoria team. In this 360 recruitment role, you’ll be responsible for managing a permanent Early Childhood desk whilst leading, inspiring, and driving team success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting team members to meet and exceed goals
• Leading by example with accountability and exceptional service
• Developing and implementing operational plans that deliver results
• Coaching and mentoring to build leadership capacity
• Promoting One Team behaviors for organisational alignment
• Attracting, onboarding, and marketing educators, while fostering professional relationships to enhance client and educator satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Leadership or management experience within agency recruitment
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Proven success in delivering customer outcomes
• A growth mindset and drive to succeed
• Strong IT and administrative skills
• An education background or deep knowledge of the market is a plus
