The Role:

You will be joining and leading a high performing and welcoming team of 3 Recruitment Consultants and their supportive Compliance Consultant, with plenty of growth projection. But your career pathway does not stop there - Verus has a structured pathway all the way to Director and offer the support to get you there.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant doctors for a client’s staffing requirements.

Establish a proactive and professional relationships with all our clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently.

Manage and lead a growing team of three Recruitment Consultants, to ensure service excellence, people management and overall financial performance.

Develop candidate acquisition strategies for your team to maximise attracting the required quantity and quality of candidates through direct sourcing channels, headhunting, candidate referrals and networking opportunities.

Research and educate your team in the world of Doctors – Hospitals, Gen Med, General Practice, Family Health across regional and remote Australia. You are the knowledge expert in your field!

Maintain a recruitment service that is second to none for all stakeholders.

Knowledgeable of recruiting Doctors both in the public and private hospital sectors, general medicine and general practice in Australia.

Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident, eligible to work full time in Australia with no work restrictions, or eligible for sponsorship.
