About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Night Baker to join the team at Anchorage Lord Howe on the beautiful Lord Howe Island, NSW.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare a wide range of high-quality baked goods, including white, wholemeal and sourdough breads and rolls
• Ensure all food produced meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

What we're looking for

• Formal training and qualifications in baking
• Experience baking a high volume of product from scratch
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage yourself
• Ability to fit into a small community & is respectful towards others & the environment.
