Exciting opportunity for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our team!

This will be a casual role 25 hours per week, with more hours available with fill in work.

St Coco Cafe is an established cafe on south side of Brisbane. A busy cafe offering specialty coffee & all day brunch. We're looking for an experienced, passionate team member to join our crew. You'll be working closely with a small team and head chef. Collectively we're motivated about providing a diverse menu, warm atmosphere, unique experience and have fun along the way.

-Weekend work is essential

-Immediate start

-This is a causal role and rate

- Daytime hours earliest start 6am, latest finish 2.30pm

-Qualified Chef rate Mon-Fri $33.96 Sat $40.76 Sun $47.55.

-Non qualified chef/cook is a lower rate

Skills & Experience:

- 1 years experience preferred

- A back ground in breakfast and lunch is preferred

- Proven experience in working with a team

- Must be able to work independently and be organised

- The ability to produce high quality food while enjoying a bit of banter

What we require:

- Available for immediate start

- Punctual and reliable- with a small team, this is crucial
- Must be flexible in availability

- Understand Australian cafe culture, fancy coffee and everyday brunching

- Passion & creativity.. love the satisfaction of a nice round soft poached egg

- Good reliable, consistent hours- potential for more hours with our busy winter coming
