Fair Workplace Consulting is seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our Client venues on the Central Coast, NSW.

Ettalong Bowling Club is located on the southern peninsula of the Central Coast at Ettalong Beach.

Ettalong Bowling Club is currently recruiting in the following areas:

Courtesy Bus Drivers

Davistown RSL Club is a Central Coast waterfront venue located at Davistown.

Davistown RSL Club and Ettalong Bowling Club are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all of their patrons and guests through superior product knowledge, friendly and professional staff.

Whilst previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, both Davistown RSL Club and Ettalong Bowling Club offer extensive on the job training for employees that are new to the industry.

(RSA & RCG qualifications are mandatory - Bar and Gaming Roles)

(Full NSW Drivers License is mandatory - Courtesy Bus Roles)

To successfully fill these roles, the Applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

Fun, outgoing & vibrant personality

Previous experience in a beverage service industry (not essential).

Focused on service and customer experience

TAB, Keno, Poker Machine operations and cellar experience are all desirable

Will have relevant certificates including RSA and RCG

Accurate cash-handling and numeracy skills

Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations

Ability to maintain a clean work environment by tidying, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment

Working knowledge of WH&S principles

Fully available to work: days, nights and weekend shifts.

Valid Full NSW Drivers License (Courtesy Bus Role).
