About the role

As we grow so does our team. We have an exciting opportunity to take over a well managed portfolio and work from our Ellenbrook office.

Duties include:

Manage a tidy portfolio.

No trust accounting.

No PCRs

Use of Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Express to help make your day run smoothly.

Skills and experience

To be successful for this position you must have:

Current Property Management Registration with up-to-date CPD points

A current Driver's License

Great time management skills

Positive mindset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Well-presented

Minimum 1-year previous property management experience with your own portfolio to join our great team.

Ability to “think on your feet” and problem solve.
