About the Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and supporting a seamless hiring process. You’ll work across a variety of industries, including ICT, Government, and Professional Services, all within a fast-paced and collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source top talent using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the team and recruitment leads to meet recruitment and sales targets.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with JobAdder (bonus, but not essential).
• Any prior experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or administration (highly regarded).
• An interest in government or ICT recruitment (a plus, not required).
