About the Role:

You'll be managing a mix of corporate and leisure travel bookings for a wide range of clients. Using your strong GDS (Sabre) and back-office (Tramada) skills, you'll provide tailored travel solutions with accuracy, speed, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and manage end-to-end corporate and leisure travel itineraries
• Use Sabre and Tramada daily - ticketing, invoicing, and reporting
• Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail
• Stay up to date with travel regulations, supplier offerings, and product knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the team and share best practices
• Handle changes, cancellations, and post-booking support

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in a travel consulting role
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre and Tramada (essential)
• Proven background in both corporate and leisure travel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• A passion for travel and delivering top-tier client experiences
• Australian working rights and access to a secure home-office setup
