As a Claims Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding warranty services. You will manage end-to-end warranty claims processes, ensuring timely resolutions, high-quality service, and strong customer satisfaction

The Role

• Processing warranty claims and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner
• Booking repairs, ordering parts, and coordinating service agents
• Providing clear guidance to consumers, service agents, and contractors on warranty procedures
• Training service agents and ensuring compliance with warranty processes
• Preparing and maintaining reports on warranty claims and related activities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution
• Answer a high volume of calls and manage the customer email inbox

• A bubbly and upbeat personality with exceptional communication skills
• Proven expertise in customer service, with a knack for de-escalation and conflict resolution
• Empathetic, resilient, and an excellent problem-solver
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong report-writing skills
• Experience in warranty claims or insurance processes welcomed
• A solid understanding of air conditioning systems (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
