About the Company

Our client is a leading Australian-owned business in the strata management industry, with a trusted reputation and a network of 30 branches across the country. The Southport branch is currently looking for a reliable team member to assist with an important customer outreach project.

About the Role

As an Outbound Customer Service Officer, you'll be contacting existing customers to notify them of changes to their direct debit payment process, following updates from the Bank's direct debit process. This is not a sales role - it's purely focused on relaying important information in a professional and friendly manner.

You'll be making around 80 calls per day, working through a list of approximately 2,000 customers over the course of a 6-week assignment. A full script and training will be provided, along with light data entry tasks to log the outcomes of each call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers using a provided script
  • Communicate changes to direct debit arrangements clearly and accurately
  • Record outcomes and update customer records with attention to detail
  • Follow call volumes and productivity targets while maintaining professionalism

About You

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is ideal
  • Confident phone manner and strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following structured processes
  • Strong attention to detail and basic data entry capability
  • Available full-time for up to 6 weeks, based in Southport
