Your Role:

As a Claims Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting RACQ members with their property insurance claims, particularly in the early stages of lodgement and assessment. This is an end-to-end case management role, ensuring claims are handled efficiently during this critical period.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming insurance claims
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service experience – call centre background highly regarded
• Previous claims experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office and business systems
• Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset

We also welcome applications from retail and hospitality professionals with strong face to face customer service skills who are looking to transition into an office-based role.
