As we expand, we are seeking a talented Promotional Content Creator to join our Brisbane-based team.

About the Role:

The Promotional Content Creator is responsible for developing, managing, and executing digital content strategies to promote Doree Embroidery’s brand, products, and services. This role focuses on creating high-quality content across social media and digital platforms to build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. The position also manages paid advertising campaigns, tracks performance metrics, and ensures all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others

Plan, create, and publish engaging text, photo, and video content across social media platforms.

Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance

Analyse campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and prepare reports

Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and branding strategies

Skills and Experience Required:

A minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience in social media marketing, or a related field

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design or related discipline

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and online advertising

Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Strong analytical skills and ability to report on KPIs

Salary:
$75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation (depending on experience)

Additional Information:

This role is based in Brisbane, QLD and is a full-time, permanent position.

The position is open to Australian citizens, permanent residents, and all other candidates with the right to work in Australia.
