About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal customers and third-party support to define and deliver a high level of IT support. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of IT support and a strong background in managing technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of IT operations within CVS Vets Australia.

Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to understand IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Oversee IT infrastructure, systems security, data integrity, and user support.

Coordinate with CVS Group’s global IT department to ensure system compatibility, compliance, and implementation of group-wide projects.

Manage local IT vendors and service providers.

Lead system upgrades, software rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Provide timely support and training for staff to ensure effective use of technology.

Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy regulations, and veterinary industry standards.

Generate regular reports on IT performance, project progress, and support metrics.

About You

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.

Background in multi-site IT operations or healthcare/veterinary settings is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software management.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and align IT strategy with business goals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
