We seek applications from experienced Payroll Clerk/Account Payable Clerk to join our Chambers Cellars team at Head Office North Parramatta full time.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Strong knowledge and management of end-to-end payroll (PAYG and payroll tax), Visipay payroll package
• Strong knowledge and management of superannuation, workers compensation, long service leave calculations, PPL
• Prior experience with accounts receivable
• Good communication skills
• Time management, able to meet deadlines in high volume environment.
• Experience in SAGE accounting system or similar and MS Office.
• Reconciling Payments with the Inventory system and liaising with Stores and Suppliers.
• Preparations of payments to the suppliers by EFT before the due date.
• Assist to Admin and Marketing staff for any ad-hoc, data analysis and reporting work.
• Importance of accuracy and attention to details.
• Demonstrated experience working in Office and support office staff.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Unrestricted working rights within Australia.
