We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable Officer & Payroll/Admin Support to join our team. We are seeking detail oriented, proactive and a self-motivated, highly driven professional to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing end to end Accounts Payable functions
Credit card and Bank reconciliation and data entry into accounting systems
Attending to supplier queries and internal departments on finance matters
Maintaining stationery and other office supplies
Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
Desirable qualities in a successful candidate:
Experience of 2-3 years as an Accounts Payable officer
Experience in Payroll would be an advantage
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, general computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
