Remuneration: ASO6 ($98,478 - $104,165 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation

Role Details
We are seeking a Senior Project Officer to join our Intergovernmental Relations Unit on a full-time term basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating with National, State and Territory Governments and Aboriginal Leadership to achieve cohesive policy and service delivery.

Preparing for national meetings, including the development and coordination of materials and best-practice advice to inform strategic discussions.

Providing strategic project management and policy advice to support the delivery of statewide and national policy reforms.

Effectively researching, planning and developing policies and projects that are delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be committed to gathering information whilst checking for errors and analysing content to develop solutions to solve complex issues.

Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills accompanied by a high level of attention to detail.

Be able to take prompt action to solve problems, act decisively on your own judgment and look to consider a range of options to achieve objectives.

Have the ability to build positive relationships and networks, facilitate liaising, negotiate and consult with a broad range of stakeholders.
