The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who’s hands-on, curious and ready to jump into a high impact program within a complex environment. You’ll sit at the heart of people readiness and project execution- ideal for someone who thrives in purpose driven environments, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable flexing between strategic tasks and hands-on support.

What You'll Do

You’ll bring a background in projects, ideally within large-scale or complex organisations, and a strong sense of initiative to create your own structure day-to-day. If you're a people person who listens deeply and values collaboration, you’ll feel right at home in this team.

• Support key project governance activities by preparing documentation for SteerCo meetings and crafting clear, concise project status reports.
  
  
• Gather, clean, and analyse employee data, with a focus on transformation metrics and people readiness.
  
  
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI to tell compelling data stories and help the team make better decisions, faster.
  
  
• Own the details: finalise employee data, track training group assignments.
  
  
• Format and polish documentation for senior audiences, ensuring materials are clear and professional.
