About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our thriving team. This isn’t just a support role—it’s a chance to lead, solve complex problems, and contribute to meaningful projects.

You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to resolve technical challenges, support Level 1 technicians, and deliver service that exceeds expectations. With plenty of exciting projects in the pipeline, your work will directly shape client outcomes and our continued success.

What You’ll Do

Resolve escalated Level 2 issues across Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and more

Provide advanced troubleshooting and hands-on support both remotely and onsite

Mentor Level 1 techs and help grow technical capability across the team

Ensure SLAs are met and incidents are handled efficiently and professionally

Document solutions and maintain accurate records in our ticketing system

Contribute to an on-call support roster as part of our 24/7 coverage

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and care

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a Level 2 Service Desk or IT Support role (MSP background ideal)

Solid technical knowledge across Windows, O365, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals

Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence working with clients in both remote and face-to-face settings

A team mindset and commitment to high standards
