The Company

We are working with a Global Services Organisation located within the Sydney CBD area, who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Finance Officer to join their team. This is a newly created position due to continuous growth for the business and internal promotions within the team.

The Role

As the Finance Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Processing of supplier invoices (Accounts Payable)
• Running weekly payment runs
• Weekly & Monthly Reconciliations including accruals / journal entries
• Dail trade / foreign exchange settlements
• Foreign exchange trade reporting and reconciliations

To be considered for the position you will have the following attributes

• Relevant Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
• 2 - 3 years' experience with full function Accounts Payable
• Experience within Financial Services / Professional Serves highly desirable
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Intermediate excel - high level of reconciliations required
