As a Hybrid Customer Service & Settlements Officer, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring our clients have a seamless experience from application to settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the finance application process with clarity and enthusiasm.
Application Management: Ensure all finance applications are processed promptly, with meticulous attention to detail, enabling swift underwriting assessments and lender submissions.
Problem Solving: Address and overcome client objections, providing solutions that meet their financial needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with dealerships, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth settlements.
Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and emails, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their journey.
Weekend Support: Be available on Saturdays and responsive to inquiries on Sundays to finalize deals and facilitate same-weekend settlements.
