Synaco Recruitment are looking for experience machine operators for a role for one of our major clients in the steel distributor. Starting as soon as possible to join their Deception Bay facility.

Machine operator

Some key responsibilities will include:

• Operating machines and loading and unloading trucks.
• Forklift Driving
• Operating Gantry Crane
• Liaising with external customers
• Steel cutting/Slitting
• Bender operator
• Pipe bending/Pipe cutting (Steel)

Role

• Experience preferred in Reinforcing Steel, but not necessary (training provided)
• MUST have gantry crane experience
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong Work Ethic and Reliable
• Safety Conscience
• Work part of a team as well as autonomously
• Excellent Communication Skills

Hours of work

• Available to work Monday- Friday between the hours of 5am-4pm
