As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator, Programmer and Trade Assistant to join our team, specialising in operating our CNC Plasma and CNC Router machines. Role Overview:

As a CNC Machine Operator, Programmer and Trade Assistant at GLT Trailers, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our CNC Plasma and CNC Router machines. You’ll work closely with our manufacturing team, ensuring that each trailer component is crafted with precision. Your role is essential to producing the high-quality trailers that have made GLT Trailers a trusted name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC Plasma and CNC Router machines to manufacture trailer components according to specifications.

Interpret and work with technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.

Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain production efficiency.

Inspect and measure finished products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with GLT Trailers' safety protocols.

About You:

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, specifically with Plasma and Router machines (preferred, not essential).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.

Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of machine maintenance.

A team player with a proactive approach to safety and quality.
