Workfast is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators that is looking for career longevity with the motivation to continuously learn and grow with a leading manufacturer.

• Rotating roster (days and nights)
• Monday - Thursday
• OT available on Fridays
• Ongoing work
• ASAP start available

Our client is a well respected cable supplier who been proudly manufacturing in QLD for over 25 years. For over 20 years they have held the reputation of the leading electrical cable supplier when it comes to quality, flexibility and reliable service.

Benefits:

• Day Shift - Mon-Wed: 6am-4pm Thurs: 6am-2pm
• Night Shift - Mon-Wed: 4pm-2am Thurs: 4pm-12am
• OT available for Fridays
• Work with a supportive team
• Ongoing work

What you do:

• Machinery set up / break down and operation in accordance with procedures
• Packing final products in preparation for quality assurance testing.
• Multi machine operation
• Working as part of the factory team on a weekly rotating roster.
• ensure the efficient and accurate production of cables

What you need:

• Forklift and drivers licence
• Machine operation experience
• Experience in cable manufacturing is highly advantageous
• Strong awareness of OH&S procedures
• Be mechanically minded
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
