Join Our Team as a Process Worker / Machine Operator!

Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a new opportunity? We are expanding our team at our Eagle Farm facility to meet growing demand and are seeking dedicated individuals to join us. Hours: 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate manufacturing of sealing products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Using hand press and hand tools
• Operating and maintaining machines and other production equipment.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily output targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• General packing, dispatch and receival duties.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and technical drawings.
• Confidence in completing basic check lists and paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
