About the Opportunity
Our government client is seeking a highly organised AO3 Correspondence Support Officer to join their busy infrastructure and planning division. You’ll support critical administrative functions across correspondence, stakeholder engagement, and record keeping to ensure the smooth operation of programs that support schools and community infrastructure.

About the Role
As a Correspondence Support Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing high volumes of correspondence, mailbox tracking, and providing financial and administrative support to program teams. You’ll ensure accurate document processing and act as a liaison between internal teams and key external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience and knowledge on TRIM/ Content Manager
  • Process documents accurately in line with departmental records management policies
  • Monitor and manage a shared mailbox, tracking and coordinating responses
  • Maintain correspondence registers and electronic databases
  • Liaise with internal teams, government stakeholders, and community representatives
  • Support executive records management using Content Manager and MS Office tools
  • Collaborate with senior officers to ensure workflow efficiency and task completion

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management ability
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
  • Experience managing correspondence and mailboxes in a government or corporate setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Content Manager
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving capability
