About the Opportunity

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced tax professional to join a high-performing advisory team working with a broad and dynamic client base. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients including family groups, private businesses, foreign subsidiaries, trusts, partnerships and mid-market organisations.
You’ll play a key part in providing tax and accounting advice, structuring guidance, and compliance support while contributing to client growth and success. This is a role for someone looking to deepen their technical capability, build meaningful client relationships and be part of a collaborative, people-first culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide tailored tax and accounting advice across a diverse portfolio of clients
• Assist clients with complex matters such as structuring, cross-border transactions, asset acquisitions and disposals, financing arrangements, IPO readiness and tax authority reviews
• Lead the delivery of tax compliance, reporting and advisory engagements from planning through to completion
• Attend client meetings, presentations and briefings alongside senior leaders
• Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of taxation legislation and accounting standards

Role Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Tax, Accounting or Business Services within professional services
• Strong technical tax knowledge with the ability to translate complex matters into clear, practical advice
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or a related field, with CA or CPA completed (or near completion)

Discretionary bonuses are available and salary ranges are reviewed annually. Strong candidates outside these bands may be considered based on experience and capability.
