Our plant in Carole Park is looking for an experienced Afternoon Shift Maintenance Fitter, who will form part of our reliability team, supporting production of a busy plant.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Be proactive in completing preventative maintenance.
• Be reactive to breakdowns minimising downtime.
• Carry out routine checks and planned maintenance to maintain productivity of machines.
• Assist in fault finding, troubleshooting and repairs of machinery.
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts to assist in making components for repairs.
• Update and maintain data records on work carried out via CMMS (MEX).
• Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety.

What you will bring to the team:

• Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Minimum 3 years industry/manufacturing/FMCG experience
• Own toolbox
• Own vehicle and driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
