Southern Meats Pty Ltd is a large meat processing establishment based in Goulburn NSW and we are currently seeking an experienced fitter to join our maintenance team.

The successful applicant would be employed full-time (minimum 38 hours per week) by Southern Meats, and report directly to the maintenance Manager.

Successful applicants should have or would be advantaged by possessing the below skills / experience:

Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Meat or food processing industry exposure.

Mex CMMS operations or similar

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Excellent practical problem solving skills.

Excellent computer literacy / IT skills.

General maintenance / breakdown maintenance experience.

Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and stainless TIG welding.

Must have trade qualification.
