The Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development is establishing a 12-month talent pool for Senior Valuers. This pool will be used to fill upcoming permanent and temporary vacancies in Brisbane and across Queensland in locations where the State Valuation Service operates.

About the role:
As a Senior Valuer, you'll deliver statutory land valuations that support Queensland's land administration, asset management and rating systems. You'll be responsible for significant individual valuation commitments and work across a diverse markets and land types. This includes preparing Land Court briefs, resolving valuation grievances, contributing to performance reporting, and helping drive system and service improvements. These roles suit valuers who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy tackling complex valuation matters, and want to contribute to service excellence for both internal clients and the broader public.

We're looking for valuers who:
- Hold a degree in land valuation (or equivalent)
- Are currently registered (or eligible for immediate registration) with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland
