As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Certified Property Valuer or Registered Property Valuer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Analyse market trends, sales data, and financial factors affecting property values.

Liaise with clients, real estate professionals, and financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, valuation standards, and ethical guidelines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property markets and valuation methodologies.

Requirements:

Certified/Registered Property Valuer with and member of the Australian Property Insitute.

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in property valuation.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

A valid driver's license.
