We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Admin, Sales, and Operations Support professional to join our team. This 30 hour per week role will report directly to the Operations Project Manager and will be instrumental in supporting various functions within the company, including generating solar and battery proposals, providing inside sales support, and coordinating installations. You'll be at the centre of the action!

This would be a good fit for someone with relevant experience or someone looking to take the first step into an administrative/sales support role. We provide bookkeeping training, so this is also an excellent opportunity to broaden and elevate your professional skill‑set.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Sales CRM: Manage and stream line data entry and reporting, to support the sales and marketing function

Generate Solar & Battery Proposals: Create detailed and accurate proposals for potential customers.

Inside Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by coordinating meetings and follow ups with customer leads.

Develop Work Orders: Prepare work orders to inform installers about the scope of work required for each project.

Installation Coordination: Distribute, manage, and follow through on installations with installers to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Office Operations Support: Manage general office operations, including coordinating office and kitchen supplies.

Package and Dispatch Shipments: Handle the packaging and dispatching of shipments to customers and partners.

Inventory Management: Accept incoming deliveries, arrange stock, and manage inventory levels.

Purchase Orders, Bookkeeping and Invoicing: Organize purchase orders and support the accounts team with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.

Field Support Requests: Triage and manage field support requests to ensure prompt resolution.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations role would be advantageous

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
