What is unique about you?
We are looking for an Exceptional Executive Assistant who is available immediately and seeking an exciting challenge! You will have proven experience supporting at a senior level and be comfortable managing more than one person. This 10-week role needs a tech savvy, quick learner who thrives in a fast paced and driven environment. Your eye for detail is second to none and you yourself take pride in your own high standards. With the opportunity to get involved in events, office management and so much more you revel in a multi-faceted role where your problem solving, and multi-tasking skills will come into play every day!
A snapshot of your role….
• Manage travel both domestic and international, factor time zones and travel time into all planning to streamline operations across the business and maximise the Executive’s time.
• Demonstrate superior attention to detail in everything you do, have an eye for the finer points and take great pride in ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Co-ordinate multiple diaries, including supporting the CEO. Seamlessly arrange all meetings and activities, prioritising and re-arranging when needed to ensure the most urgent items are always given priority.
• Event management, bring your flair for organisation to co-ordinate events from client coffees, board meetings, client functions and internal gatherings.
• Manage the smooth daily operations of the office, liaise with suppliers, manage stock levels and make sure all staff have what they need to complete their roles effectively.
