This position requires an Executive Assistant to start on the 19th of May with HR Skills to provide comprehensive administrative and HR Administration support to the CEO in a Not For Profit organization, based in South Melbourne. The role will entail managing daily administrative tasks, communicating with different stakeholders, attend board meetings and contributing to the overall smooth running of the department.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Manage schedules, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Team, People & Culture, and HR Administration
  • Board support
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a Not For Profit setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • HR Administration experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Offer

  • An estimated hourly wage of AUD 41.00 - AUD 48.00 per hour plus super.
  • Hybrid role, working from home 2 days per week.
