About the role

Gusto Riverfront Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Noosaville, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering the opportunity to work in a stunning waterfront setting and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality dishes to our exacting standards

Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality across the menu

Assisting with menu development and food preparation processes

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Providing supervision and support to the kitchen team as required

Ensuring strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in the Grill section, fast paced Bistro

Strong culinary skills and a keen eye for presentation

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create memorable dishes

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

Food safety certification and knowledge of relevant regulations
