Hartley Projects is a growing Brisbane-based construction company specialising in end-to-end design and construct projects for residential and commercial clients, ranging from $100K - $2.5M. Our unique approach to renovations and fitouts integrates all aspects of design and building for a simplified project experience.

Our streamlined process allows us to take full control of the design and build, producing projects that align with both vision and budget. By integrating all aspects of design and construction in one place, we strive for a logical, straightforward process for our client, and for our team.

We are recruiting a skilled carpenter to manage several concurrent projects. In this on-site position, you will work closely with our project manager and Director to ensure the smooth running and delivery of projects. Initially, the role will be on a contract basis with a view to transitioning to permanent employment for the right candidate. Rates depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of multiple projects.

Coordinating, organising and managing suppliers and subcontractors, in conjunction with the Director.

Strong supervisory, problem-solving and leadership skills.

You will be confident in all aspects of carpentry work from framing, cladding, fix out to footing set out and landscaping.

A keen eye for detail, motivated and conscientious.

Career-focused with a desire to undertake further training and upskilling to progress your career.

Opportunity to work on unique projects and be involved in the early design stages through to the completion of the project.

You will be required to supply your own tools and hold a current driver's licence with your own reliable transport.
